At La Chassagne we have two fully equipped kitchens. One of them is overseen by Rinske and the other one is the domain of Patries.
If you would like to join in on a culinary workshop, you could opt for a two-day course. Day one will be dedicated to preparing a main course on the AGA stove in Patries’ kitchen, and on the second day you will join Rinske in preparing starters, desserts and patisserie, one of Rinske’s specialties. Please feel free to ask for any specific dishes that you would like to learn how to make. |
